Why don't we post interest rates on our website?  Simple, there are many variables that can affect the interest rate and each borrower situation is unique.  Rather than follow what some other lenders do and publish rates that come with a lot of fine print that excludes most borrowers from qualifying, we ask that you call us or fill out our rate quote request form (no phone number required) to get pricing you will actually qualify for.

We work with many investors which allows us to get you the best rates on all types of loan programs including: Fixed rate mortgages from 8 to 30 years, 5, 7 and 10 year ARM loans, Conventional, Jumbo, Non-Prime, VA and FHA. If you are purchasing a home, we are with you every step of the way. You will save a lot of time if you determine what mortgage amount you can qualify for before you start looking at homes. As a rule, you don't want to spend more than 29 percent of your gross monthly income on housing (that's before taxes are taken out of your paycheck). You'll need to consider current interest rates.
