I founded Eagle Bay Mortgage based on the belief that getting a mortgage should be an easy, stress free and inexpensive process. 
 
I have worked in the finance industry since 1981 and have managed all phases of the credit cycle including sales, customer service, loan processing, underwriting, collection and foreclosure.  This well-rounded experience gives me insight that most other mortgage professionals do not have.  It allows me to successfully work with borrowers who have a clean or complicated credit background.  My experience lends me a unique perspective that allows me to present a complete loan package to an underwriter that is ready for approval.
 
As an independent mortgage broker, I have access to the best mortgage pricing available and we keep expenses low so our cost savings can be passed on to you.
